I had a great one-night stay at this hotel, with clean rooms featuring a nice shower, and the friendly staff made it even better.

A microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room, comfortable and good location. Location not far from Syracuse. Also, in the middle of the city.

Beds were small.

Didn't like the area, it was weird.

I had a great one-night stay at this hotel, where the friendly staff made me feel welcome and quickly addressed all my requests. The staff was affable and pleasant, and requests were handled quickly.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast bar offered a very nice selection - scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, waffles, danish, cereal, fruit, juices and decent coffee. Aside from mildew smell, room was clean and comfortable. A reasonably priced option for a family on a budget.

The first thing we noticed upon entering our room was a strong mildewy smell. We turned the ac on and after about an hour the odor dissipated - or maybe we just got used to it. Also, an upgrade to queen-sized beds over doubles would be nice and make for a better night's sleep for all involved.

The friendliness of the staff!!!!! We also very much appreciated being able to get into our room by noon and not check out til the following noon. This is a rarity and much appreciated by ladies such as ourselves who had to be at a meeting in the city by 1:30, formally dressed after traveling a distance . The breakfast was excellent also especially since we were expecting only continental. I was fortunate enough to book online and received a rate of $69.99 because of a cancellation and I grabbed it!!!!!

We were sorry your restaurant was not open--but we did discover ihop and had a couple of good meals there.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are equipped with showers, and breakfast includes delicious waffles.

The best thing about this hotel is the price. The pool was clean and warm :-) At breakfast, the person of the hotel that was talking care of the breakfast was very very nice and efficient :-)

They made a mistake on my invoice when I was cheking out, the were charging me $10 more tnat the price we had on Booked.net

Truly enjoyed its very, very nice and polite staff.

Had essentials needed in the king room, including a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. I found the hotel's location great and good, really close to Syracuse. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Wonderful staff! Rooms were clean. Hotel is just down the street from many great restaurants, shopping stores and thruway. Ramada sign is very visible from the street.

Restaurant and pub were both closed down. No mini refrigerators avilable for the rooms; only six available in the whole hotel and they were in the smoking rooms. The continental breakfast was minimal and bland. I didn't see a fitness center. No elevators or a/c in the hallways.

The building here is really nice and the room is super clean. Also, the bathroom has a bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛁.

It was very clean, affordable and central to what our interests were.

This place was in a great and particularly good location, right in the middle of Jackson and just off Syracuse.
